Our business objective is to achieve success through team member targets.

  1. Implement a monthly sales plan effectively.
  2. Achieve both secondary and primary sales targets.
  3. Ensure distributors check DKT stock availability at each shop, guaranteeing the range's availability.
  4. Maintain distributor productivity.
  5. Expand distribution coverage for OTC business and add non-traditional shops.
  6. Build strong relationships with distributors.
  7. Maintain minimum inventory levels of 6 weeks' stock cover with each distributor for each SKU.
  8. Achieve daily call & productivity targets (average 45 shops per day with twice-monthly frequency) with 60% productivity.
