JOB SPECIFICATION

Cpecc Pakistan requires a Contract Management Expert to administer various contracts and related procurement functions. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of progressively responsible experience in contract administration or procurement development, preferably on PMC or EPC type projects.

The successful candidate will be responsible for reporting to and working as directed by the Contract Specialist. This includes preparing invitation to Tender documents, evaluating technical and commercial proposals, and consulting with contractors or suppliers to finalize contract terms and conditions.

We are looking for a skilled professional who can efficiently conduct and manage contractual matters arising, including claims, disputes, insurance, and guarantees/sureties, as per the requirements of contracts and applicable laws.
