Lead Local SEO Strategist

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our local SEO efforts and drive growth for our clients.

  • This role is ideal for an experienced strategist who can develop innovative local SEO solutions, leverage data from successful campaigns, and optimize performance for exceptional results.

You will build upon proven strategies, leveraging insights from successful campaigns to achieve outstanding outcomes. A background in digital marketing is required.

Experience working in the home services niche is a plus.

About the Role:
  • Develop and execute local SEO strategies, focusing on multi-location businesses to boost search visibility.
  • Optimize and manage Google Business Profiles, ensuring accurate and engaging information for all locations.
  • Build and maintain local citations across relevant directories, ensuring NAP data consistency.
  • Monitor and analyze SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, providing actionable insights.
  • Create and optimize localized content, including landing pages and service descriptions, to drive local traffic.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their objectives and tailor our services to meet their expectations.
  • Conduct SEO audits and implement improvements to enhance performance.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to integrate SEO with broader marketing efforts.
  • Stay updated on local SEO trends and algorithm changes to adjust strategies proactively.
Requirements:
  • 7+ years of hands-on experience in SEO.
  • 3+ years of experience in managing SEO teams.
  • Expertise in local SEO strategies, including Google Business Profile management.
  • Leadership experience managing and guiding an SEO team.
  • Proficient with SEO tools like SEMrush, Moz, Ahrefs, and Google Analytics.
  • Deep understanding of SEO best practices, search algorithms, and local SEO tools.
  • Experience in the home services niche is a plus.
  • Background in digital marketing is required.
  • Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.
