Job Description

As we implement a comprehensive planning and financial management strategy across our organizations, the Planning, Budgeting, and Financial Analysis function plays a crucial role in maintaining or improving profitability and providing strategic insights.

The support role will be instrumental in assisting the lead to carry out this critical responsibility.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop a deep understanding of the PBFA cycle in a year, along with Service Line (SL) performance Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Conduct data analysis on large datasets to provide leadership insights on performance and profitability, driving business decisions.
  • Lead in developing financial models for various scenarios to assess the impact of changing levers.
  • Support the Operations Lead in root cause analysis of variances and identifying possible solutions to resolve issues.
  • Establish effective working relationships with the extended Finance team and leadership team.
  • Participate in improvement initiatives and information gathering activities within the PBFA space.
  • Be the go-to person for all analysis and financial modeling.
