Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Finance Business Partner to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, with expertise in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting. They will be responsible for providing financial insights and guidance to support business decision-making, developing and implementing financial models, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business growth.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in finance roles, preferably within the e-commerce or digital payments sectors. They will possess excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, with a proven ability to influence and collaborate with senior stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Analysis and Reporting: Provide financial insights and analysis to support business decision-making.
  • Budgeting and Forecasting: Develop and implement financial models to support business growth.
  • Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and enhance customer experience.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in finance roles, preferably within the e-commerce or digital payments sectors.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to influence and collaborate with senior stakeholders.
