- Foster relationships with clients through face-to-face or phone interactions.
- Manage and retain existing client relationships.
- Analyze customer needs and develop effective solutions.
- Collaborate with the marketing department to discuss promotional strategies.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and changes.
- Draft and review contracts, and report on successes and areas needing improvement.
