Creative Director

- We are seeking an experienced and creative individual to lead our team in developing innovative marketing campaigns. The Creative Director will be responsible for overseeing the development of all marketing materials, including print, digital, and broadcast ads.

- The ideal candidate will have a solid background in campaign design, promotional material design, and package design. They should also be comfortable with market research and have experience with Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Flash, Quark Press, PowerPoint, and other required programs.

- Additional responsibilities include brainstorming and creative thinking to come up with out-of-the-box ideas, understanding branding and overseeing the correct briefing and supervision of the rest of the design team, managing the creative team from concept to completion of projects, and providing strong leadership.

Job Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field
- 5+ years of experience in a similar role
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Strong understanding of branding and marketing principles
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- The selected candidate will be responsible for leading a team of creatives, brainstorming and creative thinking to come up with out-of-the-box ideas, understanding branding and overseeing the correct briefing and supervision of the rest of the design team, managing the creative team from concept to completion of projects, and providing strong leadership.
