We are seeking an experienced Assistant Sales Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through effective sales strategies and building strong relationships with clients.
About the Position:
- You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of real estate agencies, ensuring they meet their targets and providing exceptional customer service.
- You will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a sound understanding of the real estate industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deal with real estate agencies in the area/region.
- Handle accounts of onboarded real estate agencies at Zameen.com.
- Responsible for periodic client visits, giving demonstrations, and closing deals.
- Responsible for achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
- Fostering long-term strategic partnerships with clients through superior customer service.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite.
- Responsible for meeting potential clients, conducting client profiling, and pitching appropriate products.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelors or Masters in Business/Marketing.
- Experience: 1-2 years in Sales/Business Development.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Negotiation, active listening, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel.
