Operations Specialist Position

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Specialist to support our day-to-day operations. This role is ideal for individuals with experience in Amazon Seller Central and a passion for e-commerce operations.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Optimize product listings for improved search visibility and conversion rates.
  • Maintain accurate inventory levels to prevent stockouts or overstocking.
  • Analyze performance metrics to identify growth opportunities and implement data-driven strategies.
  • Develop and execute pricing strategies, promotions, and coupons based on competitor analysis.
  • Handle customer inquiries, reviews, and returns in accordance with Amazon's guidelines.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 1–2 years of experience with Amazon Seller Central.
  • A solid understanding of e-commerce platforms, preferably Amazon or Shopify.
  • Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills and familiarity with tools like Helium 10 or Jungle Scout is a plus.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
