Remote Ecommerce Assistant Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced virtual assistant to join our team on a remote basis. As a key member of our ecommerce operation, you will play a vital role in driving sales and growth for our online store.

This is an exciting opportunity for the right candidate who has expertise in ecommerce management, digital marketing, and social media. About the Job

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing multiple aspects of our ecommerce operation including product listing and optimization, research and sourcing, shopify store management, digital marketing, and inventory management.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Ebay product listing and optimization
  • Product research and sourcing
  • Shopify store management and domain maintenance
  • Digital marketing (SEO, SEM)
  • Social media marketing (Facebook, Pinterest, TikTok)
  • Inventory management and supplier communication
  • Order tracking and customer service
Requirements

To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will have the following skills and qualifications:

  • Proficient in using Shopify platform and apps
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices for e-commerce
  • Experience in digital marketing and social media management
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
