Employee Development Specialist
About the Role:Our organization is seeking a driven and detail-oriented professional to support the delivery and management of ongoing learning initiatives for our workforce.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement comprehensive employee development programs.
- Maintain records of participant progress in learning activities.
- Collaborate with internal and external trainers to deliver subject-specific training modules.
- Support the creation and update of professional development pathways and learning materials.
- Monitor compliance with policies and professional standards.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training sessions and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
- Stay up to date with industry and regulatory requirements.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in professional development, training coordination, or a related HR role.
- Understanding of learning frameworks and principles is preferred.
- Strong administrative, coordination, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with Learning Management System (LMS) platforms.
