Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled candidate to join our distribution team as an Assistant Distribution.

Job Responsibilities
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for receiving, storing, preserving, handling, and issuing supplies to departments and patient care areas as per organizational safety and quality standards.
  • Perform general duties assigned by supervisors, including daily operations such as receiving, storage, preservation, and issuance of supplies.
Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with receiving, storing, and issuing supplies to departments and patient care areas.
  • Report discrepancies while performing tasks and record transactions into systems or paper documents as per defined procedures.
  • Ensure proper handover/takeover at shift changes and maintain personal and environmental safety standards.
  • Follow institutional policies related to functional responsibilities and code of ethics.
Requirements
  • Intermediate or equivalent qualification.
  • Preferably 1 year of experience, but fresh candidates may also be considered.
  • Strong teamwork, coordination, documentation, data entry, and computer skills.
