Job Title: Video Graphic Designer

About the Role:

  • We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Video Graphic Designer to join our team.

About You:

  • You will have a Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Video Production, or a related field.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Design and produce high-quality video creative assets tailored for app promotion on Google Ads.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to understand campaign objectives and target audiences.
  • Create original, engaging, and visually appealing video concepts that align with brand identity and marketing goals.
  • Implement best practices in video production for digital advertising, ensuring optimal performance across various platforms.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in video advertising and digital marketing.
  • Manage the entire video production process, from conceptualization to post-production, including editing, motion graphics, and sound design.
  • Conduct A/B testing for different video creatives to optimize performance and ROI.
  • Work closely with the app development team to understand app features and benefits to be highlighted in the video creatives.
  • Ensure all video assets are delivered on time and meet quality standards.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in video graphic design, preferably in the tech or app industry.
  • Expertise in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Final Cut Pro.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, skill, and experience in video production is essential.
  • An excellent understanding of digital marketing and advertising principles, especially for Google Ads.
  • The ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills are necessary.
  • A creative thinker with attention to detail.
