Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Development Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for identifying and generating new business opportunities, developing strategic sales plans, and maintaining long-term relationships with clients.

About the Role

This is a full-time on-site position located in Lahore. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of proven experience in sales, business development, and lead generation, particularly in the technology or software development industry.

Responsibilities
  • Identify and generate leads: Research and identify potential clients, develop targeted marketing campaigns, and generate high-quality leads.
  • Develop strategic sales plans: Analyze market trends, assess client needs, and create tailored solutions to meet those needs.
  • Maintain long-term relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their continued satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum 4+ years of experience: In sales, business development, and lead generation, particularly in the technology or software development industry.
  • Proven track record: Of generating qualified leads and closing deals.
  • Strong analytical skills: To assess market trends and uncover growth opportunities.
  • Excellent communication skills: To engage and influence stakeholders.
  • Solid understanding: Of B2B tech sales, software solutions, and digital transformation services.
  • Experience in market research: And competitive analysis.
  • Ability to manage the sales cycle: From prospecting to deal closure.
  • Customer-centric mindset: With a focus on building lasting client relationships.
  • Effective problem-solving skills: And negotiation skills.
  • Bachelor's degree: In Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
