Director of Engineering Operations

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Engineering Operations to lead our critical engineering pillar responsible for technical execution, stability, and optimization of our owned and third-party fulfillment network.

This role requires a strong technical foundation, a history of managing managers and scaling engineering teams, and experience in fulfillment, logistics, and automation technologies.

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in software engineering, fulfillment technology, or supply chain automation, with at least 5 years in an engineering leadership role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, mentor, and grow a multi-tiered engineering support organization, including facility-based support engineers, escalation engineering teams, and third-party logistics & integration support.
  • In partnership with Product, develop and execute a strategic roadmap for Operations & Execution Engineering, ensuring alignment with business priorities and network performance goals.
  • Establish KPIs, monitoring, and reporting frameworks to track system health, fulfillment efficiency, and vendor performance.
