We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Associate Director

In this role, you will:

  1. The jobholder will be required to manage one or more projects with a high level of complexity and scope.
  2. Plan effectively around delivery constraints and optimize the plan to maximize benefits and minimize risk. Develop the plan considering the delivery approach, key milestones, dependencies, scope, effort, resources, budgets, and quality.
  3. Ensure that the baselined scope, requirements, benefits, schedule, and budget are managed as outlined in Business Transformation Frameworks. Identify and intervene where there is slippage and variance from the plan.
  4. Plan and analyze costs, track operating and capital spend, and report on financial commitments.
  5. Oversee the tracking of project risks, issues, dependencies, assess impact on benefits, and take action to minimize impact.
  6. Influence and collaborate with stakeholders and business partners to drive project outcomes. Represent the project team in discussions on prioritization and risk mitigation.
  7. Obtain sponsor and stakeholder buy-in to plans, key commitments, and changes. Obtain sign-off for deliverables, close projects formally, and gather feedback.
  8. Articulate targeted benefits to stakeholders and share responsibility for benefits realization.
  9. Manage the business sponsor to ensure project deliverables are met.
  10. Plan and manage change implementation to ensure benefits are realized and transition is smooth.
  11. Work closely with delivery partners on planning, design, and estimating, managing dependencies.
  12. Set the pace and operating rhythm, promoting a culture of achievement and removing barriers.
  13. Lead by example, promoting pace and energy within the team.
  14. Maintain a professional approach to project management, paying particular attention to risk and operational models.
