  • We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead our engineering and operations projects. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

About the Role

The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the entire project lifecycle, from initial planning and design through to execution, monitoring, and evaluation. This includes coordinating with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and external partners to ensure seamless project delivery.


Key Responsibilities
  1. Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  2. Team Management: Lead and motivate project team members, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback as needed.
  3. Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate potential risks and issues that may impact project success.
  4. Communication: Ensure effective communication among project stakeholders, including regular progress updates, status reports, and issue escalations.
  5. Quality Assurance: Implement and maintain quality assurance processes to ensure adherence to industry standards and best practices.

Requirements
  • A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the engineering and operations sector.
  • Demonstrated expertise in project planning, team leadership, risk management, and quality assurance.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
