Creative Content Specialist Job

We are seeking an experienced Creative Content Specialist to maintain content quality standards according to specified rules and policies.

The ideal candidate must be energetic, well-driven, knowledgeable about new social media trends, and well-versed in captions and content policies for social media channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify trends and insights to optimize spend and performance based on those insights.
  • Brighten up our content with innovative growth strategies.
  • Evaluate graphics and text content provided by the team, ensuring quality assurance as per required specifications.
  • Be eager to learn more and implement new strategies independently.
  • Assist the team in researching new ideas for creativity, ad copy, video captions, product descriptions, image ideas, and video concepts.
  • Evaluate video content provided by the team, approving captions to ensure no errors and everything is well designed and written.
  • Provide final approval before delivering anything from the team to the Project Manager for further processing.
  • Meet deadlines consistently.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, providing new ideas in designing.
  • Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels.
  • Stay updated with the latest social media best practices and technologies.
  • Utilize social media marketing tools.
  • Possess good English and communication skills.

Job Requirements:

  • At least 4-5 years of experience in a creative role within any organization.
  • Well-versed in Facebook, Instagram, and other social media best practices.
  • Experience in conducting audience and buyer persona research.
  • A critical thinker with problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage brand social media content and editorial calendars across social media channels.
  • Passion for social media PR and digital marketing.
  • A self-starter who is confident in pitching fresh ideas, thinking creatively, and identifying and solving problems.
