**Business Growth Specialist Opportunity**

About the role:

A Business Growth Specialist is required to identify and pursue new business opportunities. This includes managing CRM systems, working closely with technical teams, and crafting tailored proposals that meet client specifications.

The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mind, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work under pressure. They will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to meet or exceed sales targets, staying updated on industry trends, and reviewing and refining lead generation and management processes.

The successful candidate will also have experience in a related field, a solid understanding of CRM software, and lead management processes. They will be capable of working independently as well as part of a team.
