Our organization is seeking a skilled Social Media Manager - Junior

This role involves leveraging social media platforms to connect with our target audience, foster engagement, and drive business growth.

We are looking for a proactive and creative individual who can manage social media posting, engage with followers, coordinate with clients, and collaborate with our design team to ensure alignment with our brand identity.

The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of social media trends, creative ideas, and design inspirations to enhance content quality.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing regular posts across all social media platforms.
  • Communicating with clients to understand their brand goals and providing regular updates.
  • Coordinating with designers to ensure content aligns with the brand's visual identity and campaign objectives.
  • Researching trends, creative ideas, and design inspirations to enhance content quality.
  • Monitoring performance of social media posts and suggesting improvements.

We are looking for someone with strong communication and coordination skills, a creative mindset, and the ability to manage multiple brands/accounts at once. A positive attitude, time management skills, and experience working in an agency environment are also desired.

  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills are essential.
