Role Summary

This Market Expansion Executive role is designed for individuals who have a proven track record of driving business growth and expansion. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, building client relationships, and closing deals.

Key Responsibilities
  1. New Business Development:
  • Research and identify new business opportunities in the US international market.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities.
Client Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to increase revenue.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and address concerns.
Proposal Development and Negotiation:
  • Develop persuasive proposals and presentations to win new business.
  • Negotiate contract terms and pricing to secure profitable deals.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to develop customized software solutions.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Marketing, or a relevant field.
  • Proven experience in software sales or business development, preferably in a software house or tech environment.
  • Experience with the US international market.
  • 2-3 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong knowledge of software solutions, industry trends, and emerging technologies.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and proactive problem-solver.
  • Ability to work independently and in teams, managing multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in CRM and sales tracking tools.
