Job Title: Freight Coordinator

We are looking for a seasoned freight coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 months of experience in coordinating shipments and strong communication skills.

The position is remote, and the working hours are from 5:00 PM to 2:00 AM EST.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Negotiate rates with suppliers to secure transportation services.
  2. Coordinate with carriers to ensure timely delivery.
  3. Monitor the progress of shipments until delivery is completed.
  4. Manage inbound and outbound calls, facilitating communication between carriers and suppliers.
  5. Submit invoices and maintain accurate records.
Key Qualifications:
  1. Exceptional proficiency in spoken and written English.
  2. Preference will be given to those with prior experience in the logistics industry.
