About the Job

We're seeking a detail-oriented and organized Sales Operations Specialist to drive sales efficiency and data accuracy for our B2B clients.

You'll work closely with our sales teams, owning complete CRM management, sales reporting, and administrative support. You'll manage lead data quality, create timely sales reports, coordinate sales activities, and ensure seamless handoffs between sales functions.

What success looks like: 99%+ data accuracy across all sales systems with efficient reporting and process support. You'll be part of an integrated revenue team with direct access to senior leadership and clear progression opportunities within the organization.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage lead data quality and create daily sales reports
  • Coordinate sales activities and ensure smooth transitions between sales functions
  • Provide proactive administrative support for the sales team
Key Requirements:
  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
  • 2+ years experience in sales operations, sales administration, or CRM management roles
  • Strong attention to detail and data accuracy skills
  • Experience coordinating between sales teams and supporting sales processes
