ECD Programme Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled ECD Programme Manager to lead our early childhood development programme in Pakistan.
Key Responsibilities:- Review existing ECD material, resources, and literature to ensure alignment with current best practices.
- Conduct training of trainers, Focus Group Discussions (FGDs), and In-Depth Interviews (IDIs) within the community to gather insights for need assessments.
- Monitor and supervise cascade trainings to guarantee their effectiveness.
- Organize refresher training based on training evaluations and feedback from participants and stakeholders to address knowledge gaps.
- Provide facilitation services for a capacity-building program in Sindh province.
- Visit UNICEF ECD centers to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement.
- A Master's degree in a relevant field, preferably with a specialization in Early Childhood Development (ECD).
- At least five years of experience in project management across diverse settings, with a preference for experience in ECD.
- Proven expertise in organizing and rolling out training programs to achieve desired outcomes.
- Excellent record-keeping and report-writing skills to document progress and impact.
- Strong communication skills in English, Urdu, and other local languages to engage with various stakeholders.
- Exceptional interpersonal, organizational, and team-building skills to foster collaboration and drive results.
