As a Quality Assurance Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality of our products and services.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Reviewing Quality Specifications: You will review technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback on product functionality.
  • Test Case Development: You will develop, execute and maintain test cases in a test management tool to ensure seamless integration.
  • Data Quality Testing: You will perform data quality testing and verification via database queries to identify potential issues.
  • Product Testing: You will test different products and their implementation to customers to ensure a high-quality user experience.
  • Testing Scope: You will participate in all aspects of testing, including smoke, functional, integration, system, regression and automation testing to guarantee the quality of products.
  • Issue Tracking: You will create and report issues using a defect tracking system and keep track of the issues until they are resolved.
  • Quality Standards: You will ensure quality standards throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) by adhering to industry best practices.
  • Demos: You will conduct demos with stakeholders to showcase product features and benefits.
  • Collaboration: You will work closely with product management and engineering teams to create and maintain good synergy and coordination.

Requirements:

  • Education: A graduate degree in Computer Engineering or a related field is required.
  • Experience: A minimum of 4 months to 1 year of experience in Software Quality Assurance is necessary.
  • Data Testing: Ability to perform data testing and analysis is essential.
  • Test Case Writing: Knowledge of test case writing and software testing types is required.
  • Communication Skills: Good written and verbal communication skills are necessary for effective collaboration.
  • Problem Solving Skills: Good problem-solving and analytical skills are required to identify and resolve issues.
  • Personal Qualities: Self-motivation and the ability to learn quickly are essential for success in this role.
  • Teamwork: A team player with excellent collaboration skills is required.

  • Agile Methodologies: Knowledge of Agile methodologies such as Scrum is desirable.
  • Research Skills: Ability to perform technology-related research is beneficial.
