Technical Business Analyst - eCommerce Solutions Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Business Analyst with expertise in eCommerce solutions to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of technical infrastructure, business processes, and e-commerce platforms. Key responsibilities include conducting detailed analyses of technical infrastructure, collaborating with stakeholders to gather and document requirements, creating system architecture diagrams and technical documentation, and ensuring compliance with security, data privacy, and regulatory standards.

The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing customer journeys from a technical perspective, identifying areas for improvement, and working closely with development and UX teams to optimize technical performance, reduce load times, and enhance mobile responsiveness. Additionally, the candidate will be expected to ensure that all technical aspects of the e-commerce platform meet security, compliance, and data privacy standards.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct detailed analysis of technical infrastructure of e-commerce platforms to identify opportunities for optimization, scalability, and improved performance.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and translate business and technical requirements into detailed specifications.
  • Create system architecture diagrams and technical documentation to map out the e-commerce ecosystem.
  • Analyze and evaluate API integrations between various platforms and third-party systems to ensure data flow, synchronization, and performance are optimized.
  • Work closely with development and UX teams to analyze customer journeys from a technical perspective and identify areas for improvement.
  • Ensure all technical aspects of the e-commerce platform meet security, compliance, and data privacy standards.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Certification(s) in relevant field considered a plus (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA).
  • Familiarity with software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
  • 6+ years of experience as Technical Business Analyst, with focus on e-commerce projects.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team in fast-paced, technical environment.
