Job Title: Relationship Management Professional
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced relationship management professional to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing relationships with our corporate clients, ensuring seamless delivery and client experience throughout the onboarding process.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage Relationships: Manage relationships with our corporate clients, ensuring seamless delivery and client experience throughout the onboarding process.
- Provide Quality Support: Deliver exceptional service and advice to our corporate clients in all interactions, ensuring timely and efficient resolution of client queries.
- Cater to Service Requests: Perform end-to-end orchestration across all processes and services managed by integrated middle office, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Engage Clients: Foster strong relationships with our corporate clients, providing expert guidance and support to ensure that all customer due diligence is conducted accurately and efficiently.
- Drive Execution: Own and drive execution of processes, working closely with stakeholders and the value chain to deliver excellent client service, getting clients to the point of ready-to-transact as quickly as possible.
- Adhere to First-Time-Right Principles: Ensure that all customer due diligence is conducted accurately and efficiently, adhering to regulatory requirements.
- Undertake Ad-Hoc Duties: Perform all relevant onboarding processes, create customer due diligence for new clients, review of customer due diligence for existing clients, and perform regulatory onboarding activities.
- Ensure Compliance: Conduct checks on customer due diligence as applicable, respond and clear queries from checkers / other specialists / business CRM in a timely manner.
- Work in Partnership: Work effectively with all relevant stakeholders within the end-to-end customer due diligence process.
