Job Title: Content Manager

You will be the chief architect of our online communication strategy, responsible for developing and executing the content plan for our core website and consumer-facing interfaces.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Create innovative products and feature sets for our core website.
  2. Prioritize and manage the development of new products and features to drive user engagement.
  3. Author high-quality content such as blog posts, articles, podcasts, videos, and community materials that inform and engage users.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop product functionality and ensure seamless user experiences.
  5. Solve customer issues and maximize user satisfaction in conjunction with customer support through effective issue escalation and resolution.
  6. Conduct customer research to inform product decisions and improve overall user experience.
  7. Develop product positioning and marketing plans that effectively communicate the value proposition to target audiences.
  8. Analyze and report on product success metrics, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
  9. Transfer critical information to relevant departments for timely response and resolution.
  10. Identify and leverage user-generated content to enhance the user experience and build brand loyalty.
  11. Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) monthly, providing actionable recommendations for improvement.
  12. Proactively escalate issues and opportunities to the executive team for informed decision-making.Requirements:
    1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Computer Science, preferably with a focus on digital media or marketing.
    2. At least 1 year of experience in online marketing, with a proven track record of driving user engagement and conversion.
    3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas simply and effectively.
    4. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    5. Ability to work collaboratively across multiple departments to achieve common goals and objectives.
