Job Summary

We are seeking a strategic leader to head our operations and people functions. As a People & Operations Executive, you will be responsible for driving business objectives by building high-performance teams.

Your primary focus will be on hiring, creating an environment that fosters growth, and maintaining accountability across the organization.

  • Lead recruitment activities from sourcing candidates to onboarding.
  • Streamline accountability processes, set objectives, and foster team engagement to maintain a culture of excellence.
  • Coordinate with vendors for IT equipment and office operations.
  • Handle basic accounting tasks such as payroll, reimbursements, expense tracking, and invoicing.
Key Qualifications
