Strategic Financial Leader

CodeNinja is a high-growth software services company on the path to an initial public offering (IPO) within two years. We are seeking a seasoned finance leader to drive financial strategy, IPO readiness, and investment decisions.
The role will be instrumental in shaping financial governance, ensuring regulatory compliance, and leading market research to identify growth opportunities, geographic expansion, and mergers & acquisitions (M&A) prospects. The position has a clear progression path to Head of Finance and will play a critical role in securing CodeNinja's financial future.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop long-term financial plans, ensuring the company is positioned for a successful IPO.
- Conduct market research to identify new investment opportunities, including expansion markets, emerging technologies, and strategic partnerships.
- Lead financial due diligence, valuation, and risk analysis for M&A opportunities, ensuring alignment with CodeNinja's growth objectives.
- Optimize capital allocation, ensuring financial stability and funding for future investments.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and IPO requirements, working with legal and audit teams.
- Support the CFO in investor engagements, preparing reports and financial disclosures aligned with public market expectations.
- Cross-functional collaboration with leadership to align financial and market strategies with business objectives.
