Job Title: Chief Hospitality Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Chief Hospitality Manager to oversee the daily operations of our hotel's housekeeping department.


This is a permanent, full-time position that requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Staff Management: Supervise and coordinate activities of housekeeping supervisors and crews to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Equipment and Supplies: Select and purchase necessary equipment and supplies to maintain high standards of cleanliness and maintenance.
  • Safety and Quality: Ensure safety standards and departmental policies are met at all times.
  • Guest Satisfaction: Respond promptly to guest complaints and concerns to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate required.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a related field, preferably in hospitality or housekeeping management.

Work Environment:
  • Location: Our hotel is located in Melville, SK.
  • Work Schedule: 40 hours per week, with flexibility to work varied shifts as needed.
