About The Role

As a Commercial Revenue Strategist, you'll drive and embed net revenue management across functions, build commercial capability, and own the end-to-end strategic planning process.

You'll manage NRM to deliver net revenue strategy with excellence and maximise salesforce effectiveness. You'll be connected with local Sales Regions, Area Commercial Excellence network to utilise winning market tools and materials to execute in market with better, faster data-driven decisions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Gross to Net Principles: Set the right principles in terms of planning, spending, and reimbursement.
  • Annual and Quarterly Trade Spend Planning: Oversee the process to ensure optimal investment.
  • Budget Deployment Process: Ensure the right budget deployment process is in place and cascaded to relevant stakeholders.
  • Pricing Strategy: Drive pricing strategy for FMCG and OTC products, keeping policies and competition landscape in view.
  • List Price Management: Own list price management process.
  • Gross Margin Improvement: Work on improving gross margin through Active Mix Management initiatives.
  • Promotion Strategy: Design promotion strategies to support brand teams.
  • Customer Engagement: Ensure right customer engagement is in place, including contracts, execution tracking, and documents.
  • Quarterly Forums: Work closely with Finance/Sales/Marketing and conduct quarterly forums.
  • Promotion Evaluation: Conduct post-evaluations of promotions for business viability.
  • Commercial and Category Teams: Build strong relationships with commercial and category teams.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Specialization in Trade Marketing, Finance, and/or Sales.
  • 3-5 years of relevant work experience.
