Lead Sales Business Unit

Your primary objective will be to drive the sales business unit to achieve high levels of sales activity, customer acquisition, and retention.

You will head field sales with direct reporting to the Head of Sales and may also have your own business generation self-targets from your own list of customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Provide leadership and direction to the field sales team, setting up target-based goals for each individual, including your own sales targets and list of accounts.
  2. Manage customer relationships and CRM reporting.
  3. Closely work with customers to secure profitable and sustainable deals.
  4. IDentify, recruit, and collaborate with distributors and key value-added resellers to drive new business and retain existing customers.
  5. Motivate channel partners to work with us by developing sales and marketing initiatives with key partners to increase monthly sales revenue.
Job Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualities:

  1. Proven track record of achieving at least 20 sales per month over the past six months.
  2. Experience in channel sales, solution selling, or project selling within the IT industry.
  3. A network of international clients, contacts, and connections.
  4. Strong relationships with customers.
  5. The ability to work under pressure as an aggressive, dynamic, and result-oriented team player.
  6. High integrity, a strong focus on targets, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  7. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
