We are seeking an IT Service Management Specialist to support the delivery of ITSM projects based on best practices. The ideal candidate should possess a foundational understanding of ITSM concepts and have hands-on experience in implementing or operating ITSM processes and tools.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the implementation and maintenance of ISO 20000-based IT Service Management Systems (ITSM) or service management frameworks.
  • Support service maturity assessments, gap analyses, and process improvements.
  • Help document and maintain ITSM policies, procedures, and processes (e.g., Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Level Management).
  • Participate in internal audits and assist clients in preparing for certification audits.

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in the development and implementation of ITSM strategies, as well as providing support for the delivery of ITSM projects. Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Information Security, Business Continuity, or a related field.
  • Professional certifications such as ITIL Foundation, ISO 20000 Foundation, or equivalent (preferred but not mandatory).
  • 1-2 years of experience in ITSM or related roles.
  • Basic understanding of ISO 20000, service management principles, and ITSM tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong documentation, report writing, and research skills.
