About the Role:

As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for gathering and documenting business requirements in agreed formats such as User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, Flow Diagrams, Fields Validations and Business Test Cases. Define the metrics for monthly adoption and usage score. The successful candidate will have a knack for effective verbal and written communication as you'll be supporting the communication and delivery of requirements

Team: Whilst liaising with the team of 08 BA including PO (UK/Pak) and with other stakeholders and delivery teams in Vietnam/UK/Pak.

The Ideal Candidate will be responsible to identify non-functional and functional process improvement by providing Analysis and defining documentation where required while ensuring the adherence to the full Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC). Also, responsible for conducting the group training on newly developed features.

The Ideal Candidate will join an established Business Analysis team that works across delivery teams working in three time zones. The ideal candidate will be Upbeat, Self-driven, Well-organized, share a passion for technology and a love for working in a dynamic environment.

Job Responsibilities:

• Analyze complex issues and identify root causes to support the SDLC process with functional & non-functional analysis.
• Ensure all process documentation is version controlled to maintain an accurate trail.
• Identify the gaps, improvements, & lead the delivery teams to attain optimum and best results at all times.
• Define and track the system adoption and usage and propose the improvements.
• Produce / Reproduce use cases and run high quality process flows and validate business scenarios to ensure all benefits are measurable.
• Able to plan, organise and multi-task in pressure with minimal supervision effectively and take ownership.
• Review & Refine Epic/Stories with the Team and review the outcomes with major stakeholders.
• Support business testing to ensure readiness for change (i.e. Dev/ UAT)
• You will be conducting the group training on newly developed features.
• Liaising with stakeholders, Product Owner (PO), and delivery teams across the board.
• Being proactive to manage the multiple workloads, priorities, and timelines.

Essential Experience and Skills:

• Minimum BS (CS)/IT/SE or Equivalent qualifications from a reputed University.
• Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience as a Business Analyst.
• Experience in using tracking and Agile Project Management tools (i.e., Jira, confluence, etc.)
• Hand-on Experience with communication tools (Teams, Zoom, Slack, 3cx etc.).
• Working Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.).
• Prior working experience with Desktop, Web and Mobile (android & iOS) Applications is mandatory.
• Ability to translate functional/nonfunctional business requirements into easy-to-understand documents for the delivery team.
• Prior experience with Field Service Management Software or any other SaaS / CRM is mandatory.
• Take ownership and responsibility for specific project Components or Features.
• Experience on QA and test case development (Dev / UAT Environment).
• Uphold the professional standards and work ethic and to lead by example when working with multicultural experienced staff / other team members from Abroad.
• Ideally self-driven with good experience in Agile and Iterative methodologies.
• Comfortable with working at all levels of organization in different locations and time zones.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to think strategically and "outside the box".
• Excellent communication (Verbal and Written) Skills.
• Eagerness to learn and develop skills to improve work performance.
• Ability to Handle pressure.

Nice to Have Skills:

• Leadership Skills.
• Knowledge on Open-Source Tools / API's.
• Understanding of workflow-based systems and development technologies.
• Working and theoretical knowledge of service management software Industry.
