We are looking for an experienced and passionate professional to fill a challenging role as a Technical Project Manager. This position requires taking initiative, learning on the go, and taking responsibility for high-impact tasks.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Manage and prioritize software development processes in line with product roadmaps and release deadlines.
  • Write and assign detailed product feature tickets for the development team.
  • Establish timelines and closely track release cycles, coordinate with the development team, QA, and DevOps.
  • Engage C-suite members on new feature ideas following company vision and customer feedback.
  • Collaborate with account managers to write end-user guides.
  • Analyze weaknesses in development teams and focus on developing skill sets.
  • Assist with hiring and coordinating interviews for product development and engineering teams.
  • Advocate for customers throughout the product design and development process.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in management information systems, computer information sciences, software engineering, or relevant fields.
  • 2-3 years of experience as a technical project manager or program manager.
  • Advanced knowledge of project management principles and practices.
  • Knowledge of Agile software development methodologies and development planning tools like Jira.
  • High-level understanding of software development timelines and releases.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills and ability to work on multiple projects at once.
  • Skilled in creative problem-solving and ability to take initiative.
  • Ability to communicate project tasks across various cross-functional teams.
  • Fluency in English and excellent vocabulary required (oral and written).
