Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead the implementation, development, and support of Microsoft D365 modules.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Design, configure, develop, test, deploy, and maintain D365 modules.
  • Ensure compliance with software development lifecycle (SDLC) and change management protocols.
  • Provide best-practice advisory on D365 to align technical solutions with business needs.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve critical production issues to minimize business disruption.
Required Skills:
  • Strong functional understanding of ERP modules in areas such as finance, production, master planning, order management, warehouse/inventory, and reporting.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities within the D365 environment.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively across multiple projects.
Favorable Skills:
  • Familiarity with AX 2012 is highly advantageous.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of hands-on functional experience with Microsoft D365 and a strong understanding of ERP modules. D365 certification is a significant advantage.
