
Sales Development Representative

We are seeking experienced professionals to excel in the 'Field Sales Officer - Classified Sales' role. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals looking to advance their careers in a dynamic sales environment.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a portfolio of real estate agencies within a designated area or region, fostering strong relationships and driving revenue growth.
- Demonstrate products and services through daily field visits, ensuring a seamless customer experience and securing impactful deals.
- Achieve revenue growth as per regional business plans, leveraging negotiation and problem-solving skills to overcome obstacles.
- Develop strategies to acquire new clients and expand existing relationships, utilizing excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Minimize churn by reviving lost clients and identifying new business opportunities, maintaining a proactive approach to customer satisfaction.
- Efficiently manage tasks and track key performance indicators (KPIs) within the CRM tool for assigned portfolios, ensuring data-driven decision making.
- Pursue upsell and cross-sell opportunities for portfolio growth, applying critical thinking and persuasion skills to drive success.
- Address client queries and issues, taking ownership and following up for immediate resolution, providing exceptional customer service.
- Foster long-term strategic partnerships with clients through superior customer service, establishing trust and loyalty.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced features and functionality.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
- Negotiation, active listening, problem-solving, critical thinking, and persuasion skills, with a focus on driving results and achieving goals.
