Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Business Development Associate.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a healthy pipeline of potential clients across targeted geographies.
  • Understand client requirements and propose tailored software development solutions.
  • Build strong relationships with decision-makers (CTOs, CIOs, Product Managers, Founders, etc.)
  • Coordinate with internal technical teams to prepare proposals, estimates, and presentations.
  • Manage and close deals through the entire sales cycle—from initial contact to contract signing.
  • Consistency in meeting or exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain CRM records, sales documentation, and reporting.
  • Attend industry webinars, virtual conferences, and networking events to promote our services.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
  • 0–1 year of experience in B2B business development or sales in the software development or IT outsourcing industry.
  • Excellent spoken and written English; strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Comfortable working in international time zones and independently in a remote setup.
  • Ability to understand technical offerings and translate them into business value.
  • Familiarity with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, Apollo, or similar CRM/sales tools.
  • Self-starter with a hunter mindset, high energy, and strong work ethic.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Proven track record of winning international clients.
  • Prior experience in a software services agency or offshore development company.
  • Knowledge of modern tech stacks, Agile methodology, SaaS, AI, DevOps, and Cloud.
