AI Systems Developer

We are seeking an expert in AI and machine learning to join our team. The ideal candidate will be highly autonomous and thrive on ownership.
Key Responsibilities:- Design, develop, and deploy scalable, production-ready AI systems across the full AI lifecycle – from data acquisition to deployment, optimization, and system integration.
- Work independently or lead teams in fast-paced environments to drive direction and implement solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify issues, propose technical solutions, and drive project outcomes.
- Expert-level programming skills in Python, MATLAB, and Shell/Bash scripting.
- Familiarity with AI/ML frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, Keras, and Scikit-learn.
- Experience with deployment and optimization tools like ONNX, TensorRT, CUDA, and TorchScript.
- Strong understanding of system setup, including Conda/venv, Docker, environment configuration, and GPU acceleration.
- Data engineering expertise in Pandas, NumPy, Dask, data wrangling, and logging systems.
- Architecture tool proficiency in ComfyUI and custom ML pipeline development.
- Version control and CI/CD experience with Git, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, and Bitbucket.
- Hardware expertise in NVIDIA GPUs (including RTX 5080) and hardware-aware tuning.
- UX data handling experience, including recording or interpreting user interactions (keyboard, mouse, screen).
