We are looking for an experienced and innovative AI Agent Developer to build and deploy autonomous AI agents capable of handling dynamic tasks, interacting with APIs, and managing workflows with minimal human input. The ideal candidate has a strong background in AI, LLMs, software architecture, and autonomous systems, and is excited to push the boundaries of what intelligent agents can do.

You will work closely with our product, engineering, and data teams to design, develop, and maintain AI agents that operate across various domains such as customer service, business automation, task execution, and more.

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Lahore. The AI Agent Developer will be responsible for developing, testing, and implementing AI-driven solutions. Day-to-day tasks include designing intelligent agents, integrating AI models into software applications, maintaining and optimizing algorithms, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and staying up-to-date with the latest developments in AI technologies.

  • Design and build autonomous AI agents using frameworks like LangChain, AutoGPT, CrewAI, AgentGPT, or custom LLM pipelines
  • Integrate agents with LLMs (e.g., GPT-4, Claude, Mistral) for reasoning, decision-making, and task execution
  • Implement long-term and short-term memory systems using vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS)
  • Build tools for multi-agent collaboration, goal decomposition, and dynamic task routing
  • Create agent workflows that interact with APIs, databases, CRMs, task managers, and cloud functions
  • Ensure agents are reliable, auditable, and secure in production environments
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define agent capabilities and integrate them into products
  • Continuously monitor, improve, and scale the performance of AI agents in real-world use cases
  • Proven experience in AI agent development, chatbot/NLP systems, or autonomous agents
  • Experience with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Mistral, Cohere, etc.)
  • Experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar frameworks
  • Familiarity with vector databases and embedding models
  • Understanding of task orchestration, tool usage, and agent memory architectures
  • Solid experience with REST APIs, JSON handling, and cloud integrations
  • Strong debugging, problem-solving, and analytical skills
  • Good written and verbal communication
  • On-site, the Office is in Valencia Town, Lahore
