Procurement and MIS Professional

Masters/Bachelors degree with at least 04 years of relevant working experience in Government/Semi Government/Reputable Corporate Organization is required.

The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of procurement process/supply chain management and financial R12 purchasing/sourcing module. Proficient skills in SQL programming, database management, Oracle Server, and PL/SQL development best practices are also essential. Strong Excel and data analysis skills are a must.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Create reports and forms on Oracle Developer 10g from the Oracle Financial R12 ERP System (Purchasing/Sourcing Module).
  • Oversee the development and maintenance of the department's Management Information System (MIS).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and translate them into MIS requirements.
  • Provide training and support to staff/end users on MIS tools, data analysis, and reporting procedures.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data management and system functionality.
  • Create and maintain reports and dashboards for key performance indicators.
  • Work closely with IT teams to ensure data availability and integrity.
  • Undertake MIS-related activities and responsibilities as assigned by senior management.
