Senior Data Analyst
  • Develop, maintain, and optimize Power BI dashboards and reports.
  • Write, debug, and optimize complex SQL queries to extract and manipulate data.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver actionable insights.
  • Perform data profiling, data cleaning, and validation to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Automate and schedule reports and alerts in Power BI Service.
  • Translate business questions into analytical problems and provide effective solutions.
  • Work with data stored in relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, Azure SQL, PostgreSQL,).
  • Document data definitions, processes, and report logic.
  • Support data integration efforts, data pipelines, and ETL processes (optional based on experience).

Qualifications:

  • 4–6 years of experience in BI/reporting roles.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Power BI (DAX, Power Query, dashboard design).
  • Proficiency in SQL (joins, CTEs, subqueries, performance tuning).
  • Familiarity with data modeling concepts (star/snowflake schemas, relationships).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to communicate complex findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
