Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to provide high-quality technical assistance to our clients.

About the Role
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and relationship management.
  • Analyze and resolve user issues related to configuration, troubleshooting, and software installation.
  • Meet service level expectations for unresolved issues, reassign tickets as needed.
  • Participate in team meetings and product training sessions.
  • Recommend process improvements to enhance support efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain FAQ documentation.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Proven experience in software support, preferably with international clients.
  • Knowledge of residential/commercial construction, property management, real estate, and accounting principles.
  • Proficiency in MS Windows applications.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer-focused with analytical problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage competing demands and adapt quickly.
