
Assistant to the Management Team

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Assistant Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for providing support to the management team and contributing to the success of our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment: Assist in posting job openings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and extending job offers.
- Employee Onboarding: Coordinate and participate in orientation sessions and document processing.
- Employee Relations: Serve as a liaison between employees and management, addressing concerns, conflicts, or grievances.
- Foster a Positive Work Environment: Help create a productive and supportive workplace culture.
- Training and Development: Identify training needs, coordinate programs, and track employee progress.
- Payroll and Benefits: Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll and administer employee benefits.
- Compliance and Record-Keeping: Maintain employee records, ensure compliance with labor laws and industry standards.
- Performance Appraisal and Recognition: Support the performance appraisal process, implement recognition programs, and prepare HR-related reports.
- Trend Analysis and Reporting: Analyze data, present findings to management, and provide insights for improving HR strategies.
- Employee Engagement: Organize events, team-building activities, and surveys to enhance employee satisfaction and morale.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Human Resource Management from an accredited institution.
- Relevant professional experience in human resources is desirable.
