: You will be the administrative assistant for an Executive who works in various spaces including Real Estate, Finances, Fintech, Entertainment, and General Business Acquisitions.

Schedule

Remote // At desk not on road

Extended hours might be required at times.

Some in-office meetings might be required.

Skillset / Requirements

  1. Must enjoy research on various subjects, depending on the need.
  2. Leadership attributes & aspirations.
  3. Quick typing skills (80+ WPM).
  4. CRM management skills (Jira, Clockify, Slack, UseMotion, others).
  5. Excels in English (written and spoken).
  6. Aspires growth (team management).

Duties:

  1. Manage my schedule on an app or calendar (UseMotion app).
  2. Start & host Zoom meetings.
  3. Take notes during meetings.
  4. Reporting.
  5. Follow up with others on pending items I'm awaiting, deliverables, answers, etc.
  6. Coordinate & schedule Zoom meetings & phone calls.
  7. Organize my Google Drives once.
  8. Manage my Google Drives by uploading documents as they come in.
  9. Liaison between myself and other project collaborators - requires leadership abilities.
  10. Manage CRMs.
  11. Conduct research - must know how to search and ask proper questions.
  12. Manage & update daily, weekly, and monthly tasks/to-dos.
