About the Role:

This position involves working as a results-driven call center sales consultant, providing complete and appropriate solutions for potential customers. The aim is to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels, and profitability.

Responsibilities:
  • Present and promote our services using solid arguments to prospective customers.
  • Perform cost-benefit analysis of existing and potential customers to meet their needs.
  • Establish, develop, and maintain positive business relationships.
  • Reach out to customer leads through cold calling.
  • Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within set schedules.
  • Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments.
  • Analyze the territory's potential and track sales and status reports.
Requirements:
  • Proven work experience as a call center sales representative is necessary.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications.
  • Familiarity with Business Relationship Management (BRM) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) practices along with the ability to build productive business professional relationships.
  • Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Prioritization, time management, and organizational skills.
