About the Role

Main Responsibilities

  1. Present and promote services to prospective customers using solid arguments and effective communication skills.
  2. Conduct cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to understand their requirements and preferences.
  3. Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships by prioritizing excellent customer service and proactive communication.
  4. Reach out to customer leads through targeted cold calling efforts.
  5. Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within established schedules.
  6. Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure seamless sales efforts.
  7. Analyze market trends, track sales performance, and provide regular status reports.

Key Requirements

  • Proven work experience as a call center sales representative is essential.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications.
  • Familiarity with BRM and CRM practices, along with the ability to build productive business relationships.
  • Exceptional selling, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Prioritization, time management, and organizational skills.
