Job Description:

The ideal candidate will oversee the implementation of our territory business plan, ensuring it aligns with strategic objectives and drives success.

  • Sales Team Management: Lead and develop a team of sales professionals, providing input into regional strategies.
  • Performance Monitoring: Collaborate with the National Sales Manager to meet sales targets while adhering to the corporate sales strategy.
  • Market Insights: Provide valuable market insights to management and maintain accurate records on direct reports.
  • Pull-Through and Utilization: Ensure effective utilization of resources within all markets, maximizing sales in assigned areas.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze data and implement strategies consistent with direction from marketing and sales management.
  • Strategy Validation: Validate the implementation of marketing strategies and inputs provided by the training department.
  • Leadership: Demonstrate integrated leadership across all sales forces to maximize sales within geographic areas.
  • Team Grooming: Maintain exemplary behavior, communication skills, and attire, promoting team grooming and confidence boosting.
  • Reporting: Ensure timely reporting through work reports, monthly reports, and event reports.

People Management: Display flexibility and resourcefulness when dealing with people issues.

Training and Development: Enhance training and development skills with high motivational abilities.
