Graphic Designer Job

We are looking for a creative Graphic Designer to develop engaging visuals and graphics that capture our audience's attention. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for crafting original artwork, typography, and patterns for various platforms and products.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Create eye-catching designs for T-shirts, hoodies, and other apparel items.
  • Work closely with our product teams to ensure design feasibility and alignment with brand guidelines.
  • Evolve the visual language of our clothing line, maintaining consistency across all media.
  • Design engaging visuals for social media campaigns, email marketing, and website banners.
  • Produce print-ready files for lookbooks, posters, and packaging collateral.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, E-commerce, UX/UI) to conceptualize, iterate, and refine design ideas.
  • Prepare final artwork for digital and print production, including color separations and proper resolution settings.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
  • Familiarity with print production processes (screen printing, sublimation, embroidery).
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
  • Strong illustration, typography, and layout abilities.
  • Solid understanding of color theory, especially for screen printing and embroidery.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills for cross-functional collaboration.
  • Ability to balance creativity with time management and project constraints.
  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
  • Strong online or PDF portfolio showcasing a range of designs (apparel, branding, promotional materials).
  • Familiarity with current design trends, especially within the fashion or retail sector.
  • Minimum of 2+ years of professional graphic design experience.
  • Demonstrated success in fashion/apparel design, or a closely related consumer-facing industry.
  • Proven track record working on brand identity projects and marketing collateral.
